Social Courtesy Etiquette and Manners

In the absence of a written scipture, any book or booklet on social courtesy, etiquette and manners I felt tacit ne- cessity to pen down for a booklet on this aspect.
In our day to day life in the absence of moral education amongst most of us it is being observed dirth of loterance between inviduals. Due to existing materialistic education in the institutuions, academies and in this society discrit discourteous beheaviour is being displayed. Who should be made responsible for all these indecent acts? Primarily families and secondarily institutions and academies is to be made responsible for this. In our majority families and institutions there is an accute absence of primary stock of knowledges.
As such the inscripted knowledge shall be able to bring back peace and serenity wholely in the society. It will eradicate discourtious conduct amongst people in home, educational institutions, parties, clans and in international environment. Peace and tranquility will prevail in all aspects of human life.
